Damn that's skinny for someone who's 5'7". I've 5'7" and am thrilled to be 145 and fitting into an 8. She's gotta have tiny bones to weigh that little.
A lot of people think going on a low-carb diet is about stuffing your mouth with liberal amounts of meat, a bunch of eggs, and gnawing on a block of cheese all day.
Is there something wrong with meat, eggs and cheese?
Nope, nothing at all wrong with that, Billy. But most of us low-carbers who have been successful know it is SO much more than that. That's all.
THANKS for your comments, Jeff! I certainly don't have any problem with doing low-carb that way if someone so chooses.
But most people who are livin' la vida low-carb want the nutrients they get from low-glycemic fruits and green leafy vegetables especially.
By the way, that "insane gas" is a result of the fiber you are eating. Trust me...IT'S GOOD FOR YOU!!! That's how I lost the bulk of my weight in 2004.
THANKS for your continued support!
