After that last comment I feel a little gui...Whoa. After that last comment I feel a little guilty over my own splurges. I couldn't possibly eat 30 pieces of pizza. However, once in a while I might eat something that is definitely not a low carb meal, like I recently went to California and I ate an In an Out Burger with Fries. I don't do this kind of thing often, maybe once every few months, and almost always it's when I'm traveling.

Yesterday I had some kids staying at my house and their mom had sent a big watermelon. Usually I avoid high sugar fruit like that, since sugar seems to be my personal trigger for carb cravings. It looked so good though, so I ate a small bowl, maybe 1 cup of watermelon. Within an hour I had diarrhea (sorry if this is TMI) and felt out of sorts all day. A good reminder to stay with the program.

My favorite acceptable splurge is no sugar fudgesicles.

Kalyn Denny
http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.comKalyn Dennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02499065771517548587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12333976.post-1122408868257278642005-07-26T16:14:00.000-04:002005-07-26T16:14:00.000-04:00Jimmy, please tell me you're exaggerating when you...Jimmy, please tell me you're exaggerating when you say you ate 30-slices of pizza and six glasses of soda!.https://www.blogger.com/profile/09224160356421549054noreply@blogger.com
