It is a bit rubbery and not exactly like pasta. But, it's so low in calories that I guess I'll eat it.<BR/><BR/>I have gaps in my back teeth and I don't like how it gets stuck up in there when I eat it, but oh well.<BR/><BR/>I made it for myself and a co-worker when he came over.
