Although my niece, who has Juvenile Diabetes, is not on a low carb diet because it is not healthy for a growing child, and she must use insulin for the rest of her life anyway, she often cannot have the amount of pasta she likes. We do have a carb total the nutritionist does not want us to exceed per day, as well as a carb amount we should not go over for meals. I can either mix the Shiritaki noodles with regular pasta or even use alone. We also have a need for low/no carb products for snacks in between meals if she is hungry. And deserts are so very high carb sometimes that I do have a need for low carb pastries, cookies and pies . We would only use these on special occasions as it is best to discourage her sweet tooth in general. So I do hunt around on the low carb diet sites for ideas. Your site is top notch! Any noodles that are 3 grams carbs for 4 ounces will be a huge help for these children.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12333976.post-20387696749420194002008-05-03T14:49:00.000-04:002008-05-03T14:49:00.000-04:00Fantastic interviews Jimmy!
