TNT is the stuff man. The workouts are challenging, but they ramp up and the plans are really tweakable towards whatever your goal. What I've seen of the book, it has the fun writing style that most of MH has, the great science that MH tends to bring to stuff, and well, we all know how LC works, so yeah. Was revealing to get the science behind post-workout carbs. Need to reread that. <BR/><BR/>Thanks Jimmy.
