LOL Anytime we have fast food, I ask to be taken to Hardees first so I can get my low-carb burger. All the latest studies have shown that <A HREF="http://livinlavidalocarb.blogspot.com/2007/12/study-low-carb-lowers-low-fat-diet.html" REL="nofollow">consuming a LOW-saturated fat diet actually leads to more saturated fat in the blood than a HIGH-saturated fat diet</A>. Counterintuitive? You betcha! But it is what it is! And we have Dr. Jeff Volek from the University of Connecticut to thank for that wonderful research.
