The societal predisposition about calories is a hard nut to crack, but at least "The Biggest Loser" is getting people to start thinking about weight loss seriously. <br /><br />If we can get that mindset going, then we can educate on the importance of protein, the right kinds of fats, and the right kinds of carbs. I can see how I might lose quickly, including the loss from knawing on my own limbs out of hunger.
