I...Honestly, Dr. Ornish does not look very healthy. I'm surprised that people still follow his dietary suggestions considering that he has not aged very well.
Conversly, Dr. Atkins still looked really good in his 70's! Personally, I would be wary of taking advice from any health professional who does not even seem healthy themselves.Taranehhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16794625576362666493noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12333976.post-73083163382736001022008-03-02T09:23:00.000-05:002008-03-02T09:23:00.000-05:00'Corporate America' as well as 'Insurance America'...'Corporate America' as well as 'Insurance America' and 'Banking America'(and Europe,Europe,Europe) of same -- as well as "Walstreet" in general, have been bankrolling and financing, students and doctors and politicians and communications industries and attorneys and lawyers, for as many decades as you can count and now going into centuries. This, to counterbalance any negative public relations that might prove to be counterproductive to there bottom lines. -- Some hundreds of millions of dollars spent here, saves billions and billions of dollars there! -- "Buy as cheap as you can and sell for as much as you can". ie = profit-capitalism-democracy. -- say anything and you are unamerican and 'ungodly'. -- This is big business in all it's glory!(this includes farms and food processing and all of there related industries), as well as most all of the medical community and science in general.

Churches have recently in this last decade been added to this community.(handouts for community health projects).

Dr Dean Ornish is clearly in the pocket of these 'insurance' and banking and food processing giants and of course doesn't have a clue as to such!

It's simply human nature that these 'puppeteers' rely on. -- Hand out lots and lots of money(in a favorable manor of course), so that it doesn't appear to be bribes, and the recipients will favor there interests and fight for them -- rather than 'bite the hand that feeds them!

Human nature!Tom Bunnellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11840576840382147883noreply@blogger.com
