Sneak Peek At My 'After' Book Cover Photo

Jimmy "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Man" Moore - September 2005

This picture is the one I just mailed off to my book cover designer on Friday to represent the AFTER of my 180-pound weight loss. The BEFORE picture I sent is in stark contrast to this one (as my gallery of BEFORE photos reveal) and hopefully will have the desired effect of shocking people into disbelief that the photos are of the same person.

My boss even commented when saw a BEFORE picture of me in the newspaper article that ran about my weight loss in the local paper this week that she doesn't even remember when I ever looked like that because that's not the Jimmy Moore she knows now.

I responded, "Not anymore and never again!"

As it currently stands, "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" The Book is to be available in October 2005. I'll let you know when I have an exact date and provide you with a way to place your order so you can be one of the first to get it when it comes out. THANK YOU to everyone who has shown me support and provided me with encouragement about my story. My hope and prayer is that it will give people the inspiration and motivation to do this for themselves, a friend or a family member.

I'm even considering conducting a book tour to make myself available to speak to your low-carb or weight loss group about my low-carb weight loss experience and to have a book signing. I have already had several requests in my local area and in several other places across the United States.
