THE Dana Carpender Advertises My Blog

There's always a great sense of satisfaction in knowing that other people appreciate and admire the work you do that they would be willing to tell others about it. But when someone of stature does it, then there is no higher compliment.

That's exactly what bestselling low-carb cookbook author Dana Carpender did today in her Lowcarbezine! at the Hold the Toast web site.

Dana and I were on the last of the Fast-Track, Kick-Sugar teleseminar calls the other night with Connie Bennett and she was simply enthralling. How can you listen to someone like Dana speak so passionately and boldly about livin' la vida low-carb and NOT be inspired, I don't know?!

Well it seems she thinks the same about my writings here at the "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" blog and I'm honored.

In her blog, she gives an "unpaid plug for another blog" and writes the following:

This debate over low-carb is not going away as long as people like you and I remain engaged in the culture helping people understand and overcome the myths about this healthy and delicious way of eating. Keep doing what you are doing, Dana, and the hearts and minds of those who come in contact with you will be changed forever.
