Frozen Low-Carb Summertime Fudgesicles

Instead, how about making your own frozen low-carb fudge bars to beat the heat that will come bearing down in the next few months? This recipe is incredibly easy and will fill your need for something sweet to eat as well. This is DEFINITELY something you will want to keep on hand all summer long to treat your family with a healthy cool snack alternative.
FROZEN LOW-CARB SUMMERTIME FUDGESICLES
1/4 cup whipping cream
3-4 teaspoons Ghirardelli Premium Unsweetened Cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons Sugar Twin Spoonable
3 tablespoons Wise Choice Frozen Fudge Bar Mix
1. In a medium bowl combine cream, cocoa and vanilla and whip with mixer on medium-high setting until doubled in volume.
2. Turn setting to low, add water and mix thoroughly.
3. Add sweetener and Wise Choice Frozen Fudge Bar Mix and with setting on low, mix until dissolved.
4. Pour into moulds and freeze until firm.
