It works!

I'm tried all the diets, Weight Watchers, Atkins, etc - but none ever work. They just left me tired, and feeling Bad!

Ya know, Jimmy has a point! Just like when ya quit about 5 minutes the urge for a cig is over, same with the need for cards, hold out for 5 minutes and the frenzie is over. Wonderful way to look at it Jimmy.

Or how about the 5 second diet where you think about the effect on your health and weight of any food you're thinking of eating for at least 5 seconds and then say "No" if it's not going to do you any good....

Works a treat for the rest of your life too and takes a lot less time :)
