Shirataki Recipe Contest Extended Until April 30
It seems EVERYONE is wanting to try the Konjac shirataki noodles for themselves because suppliers are running short on these amazing low-carb Japanese noodles.
Because some of you have experienced delays in getting your stash of shirataki for the "Livin' La Vida Shirataki Recipe Contest," I have decided to extend the deadline for getting your recipes to me and extra week until the end of April.
So when you get your Konjac shirataki, be sure to get to work fast on those recipes and send them to me at livinlowcarbman@charter.net. The winners will be selected during the first week of May for a chance to win the GRAND PRIZE of a THREE-MONTH SUPPLY of Konjac shirataki noodles! WOW, what a prize!
THANKS for your continued enthusiastic interest in shirataki and special thanks to Konjac Foods for providing this amazing product for us to savor and enjoy. Now, get working on them recipes! :-D

Finally bought it online and tried it last night. It is a bit rubbery and not exactly like pasta. But, it's so low in calories that I guess I'll eat it.
I have gaps in my back teeth and I don't like how it gets stuck up in there when I eat it, but oh well.
I made it for myself and a co-worker when he came over. I cooked it for a few minutes as I read this would make it better, then mixed in some left over ground beef and some alfredo sauce.
