Atkins Diet Videos Now Available On YouTube
I recently told you about fellow Atkins diet weight loss success story Kent Altena, who lost over 200 pounds on this way of eating, starting a new series of online videos to help educate others about what livin' la vida low-carb is all about.
Well, Kent has been hard at work and has already posted a couple of new videos that I'd like to share with you:
AN INTRODUCTION ABOUT WHO KENT ALTENA IS
The next video features the subject of "Induction" which Kent explains at his blog is vital to making this lifestyle change take deep root in your life so you will never go back to your old ways again.
"Having a successful Induction phase of Atkins is so much more than just losing weight. It is about getting your eating under your control again, getting your blood glucose levels stabilized, starting to learn new healthy habits with food, and finally to experience the magic of ketosis to the person needing to lose weight. Take the time to learn how to do it right."
Here's the video:
HOW TO DO ATKINS INDUCTION - PART 1
You can read more about what Kent is hoping to communicate through this video by visiting his blog post about it. Feel free to provide Kent with any feedback you might have about his videos in the comments section of his blog as well.
I'm glad Kent is focusing on the most important part of the Atkins diet--INDUCTION--first because you cannot underestimate how crucial it is to learn what this way of eating is all about. Nothing gets you prepared for low-carb living better than 14 days of 20g carbs. It only gets better from there on.
Keep up the GREAT work you are doing, Kent! Just as I attempt to spread the good news of livin' la vida low-carb with what I write about here at my blog, you are going to reach an audience of people who need to know the truth when it comes to low-carb living. I'm personally looking forward to your future videos and encourage all of my readers to keep checking your blog often to see what you are up to. Take care, my friend!
