Carb Counters No Cook Pudding & Mousse Mixes

After posting my latest week's worth of low-carb menus, I have been inundated with requests from people about where to find the low-carb, sugar-free puddings and mousse products I used. I did not mean for it to be a secret, but I suppose I simply neglected to previously tell you about the amazing Carb Counters Instant No Cook Pudding and Carb Counters Instant No Cook Mousse products from Dixie Diner.

In regards to the mousse, you can do the same thing with some unsweetened chocolate, a stick of butter and a can of table cream. Melt the chocolate in a bowl, mix in a can of table cream and some spenda, then if you really want to kick it up a notch, fold in some whipped cream.

All the same lucsious chocolatey goodness without the monosaccharides and fibrous gums. You have to add the heavy whipping cream anywat so you may as well build it from scratch. Granted, it's got a lot of residiual carbs from the cream, but you don't have to eat it all at one sitting :)

What is a can of table cream? I'd like to try your recipe. That sounds really good and healthier without the chemicals. You probably couln't eat much of it at one sitting, which is better too.

I find table cream in 2 different sections of the market, either in baking goods or in the mexican/ethnic foods section. Around here it's made by Nestle. Do not confuse it with condensed milk which is loaded with carbs.
