New Atkins Video Says What You Eat On Induction

My fellow Atkins diet buddy Kent Altena is going to town right now making some extremely informative education videos about what being on the low-carb lifestyle is really all about. Since he shared this inspiring music video featuring his 200+ pounds weight loss success on the Atkins diet, Kent has turned his attention to helping people better understand how to do this incredible lifestyle that both he and I can attest changed our lives forever.

Earlier this week I shared with you Kent's first instructional video entitled "How To Do Atkins Induction - Part 1" which gave a quick overview of what to expect during those first two week on the low-carb lifestyle. Now he's back with Part 2 of the Atkins Induction video series. Click on it to watch below.

ACCEPTABLE FOOD LISTS - THE GOOD, THE BAD, & THE PORK RINDS

Visit Kent's blog to read more helpful hints and links about what you can eat on the Induction phase of Atkins. I know I get this question quite often and it's not as hard as people make it out to be. Interestingly, Kent shares how he did Atkins all wrong at first thinking erroneously that he could just eat meat, eggs and cheese all the time. He quickly learned that vegetables are an important part of livin' la vida low-carb as well as variety and learning to add new favorites to your menu. Your tastes WILL change and implementing these new foods is a big part of that.

Do you like these videos Kent is making? Then be sure to share them with your friends and family members who may have questions about what being on the Atkins diet is all about. I will keep posting them here as Kent keeps making them. :)

However, if you would like to see all of Kent's videos on YouTube so far, just CLICK HERE to see them all in one place. PLUS, if you want to be alerted when Kent has posted a new video for you to watch, then you can easily subscribe just by clicking here.

THANK YOU for doing these fantastic videos, Kent! I'm proud of you my friend and encourage you to keep up the great work of getting people to start livin' la vida low-carb!
