The post that appeared here has been removed for not promoting the low-carb community in the professional manner I have come to expect from myself. THANK YOU!

Good for them. Amazing.

Jimmy, you on the other hand.

I would never argue with you making a buck, but your integrity starts to fly out the window with the excessive flogging of Kimkins. I suppose it'd be one thing if you lost your weight on Kimkins. You are printing what amounts to press releases and presenting as news. There's a difference.

Hey Hollywood,

THANK YOU for sharing your concerns. But let me clarify just a few of your misguided statements.

First, you acknowledge that the low-carb weight loss success by both Christin and Deni is "amazing" and yet you lament that I highlighted their transformations. That's talking out of both sides of your mouth, my friend.

The reason I share those kind of stories (and it's not always Kimkins stories either) is to provide hope, encouragement and inspiration to the people who visit my blog. With brand new people visiting here all the time, they want to know that real people are losing weight by livin' la vida low-carb. I'm gonna show 'em that it does happen.

Second, how I am doing "excessive flogging of Kimkins" by simply blogging about two success stories on that plan being featured in a major magazine in the United States? Is that not blog-worthy enough to share with my readers? I think it is and your arrogance to think otherwise is repugnant. Everyone is proud of these women and you should be ashamed of making a mockery out of their joyous, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Third, it makes no difference HOW I lost my weight because I often say that people should find what works for them, learn that plan completely, follow that plan exactly as prescribed and then keep doing it forever. For me, that was Atkins, while some will do Protein Power, The Zone, or South Beach. But, at the same time, Kimkins is helping so many others lose weight and get healthy.

Am I supposed to ONLY talk about Atkins because that's my experience? Absolutely NOT! The last time I checked, this blog was called "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb," which Kimkins is a part of. Therefore, you will CONTINUE to see me reference and even highlight Kimkins weight loss success stories.

Are they not worthy of being featured in your world, hmmm? Perhaps you should start your own blog if you don't feel this one is good enough for you. But apparently you are in the minority since thousands of people come here day in and day out without complaint.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! ;)

It's my pleasure, Christin! What you ladies are doing will impact the lives of millions who read your story and I couldn't be prouder. Low-carb living isn't just some fringe "fad" that doesn't work...WE KNOW IT SAVED OUR LIVES!

Now the whole world will know it can work for them, too! THANK YOU Christin, Deni, and Kimmer! Keep shining the light of truth for everyone to see.

Oh, well I stand corrected, Chrisin! LOL! I KNEW you looked pretty thin in your new photos. I can't wait to see what Woman's World will do. You are gonna be such a beautiful representation of livin' la vida low-carb...CONGRATS again! :)
