'Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show' Taking A Break This Week, Ornish Interview Coming Next Week

We've been going non-stop at "The Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore" over our first year bringing you the best low-carb news, information, and advocacy podcasting you can find anywhere on the Internet today. It has been our distinct pleasure to serve you up a ton of fun as we talk about the healthy nutritional approach that helped me get rid of 180 pounds in 2004 and keep it off ever since! We hope you've been encouraged, educated, and inspired in your own health and weight loss program.

This week we're off to recharge our batteries, getting some much-needed rest and relaxation. AHHHHHHH! But don't worry! We'll be back again next week with a very special two-part podcast interview I conducted with low-fat diet icon Dr. Dean Ornish. That will be well worth the wait, so don't miss it!

In the meantime, check out our Top 10 favorite podcasts over this past year:

1. Episode 9: Favorite Low-Carb Memories Of 2006
2. Episode 14: The Most Shocking News About Low-Carb You'll Ever Hear!

10. Episode 84: Low-Carb and Fertility with Dr. Gil Wilshire, MD, FACOG

We appreciate you and look forward to serving up more scintillating podcasts as you have come to expect! Spread the word about "The Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore" to friends, family, and anyone else who needs to hear the positive and uplifting message of the healthy low-carb lifestyle! Ornish? OMG... this is gonna be good! Smirk, squirm...

At least, it needs to be said, Ornish has the courage to engage in some (hopefully) intelligent debate. I can respect that. At least he seems to stand for something. Too bad it's not exactly scientifically founded... who knows, maybe you can win him over, Jimmy ;)
