Too often people who are overweight or obese put all their focus and energy on losing weight. This seems to make sense but it's DEAD WRONG! It's unfortunate that too many people decide to lose weight only after their clothes start feeling tighter or they see a picture of themselves for the first time in a while. I've been there myself and it is a disappointing place to be in. Thankfully I was able to start on the Atkins diet to begin the healing process not just for my obesity, but also for a wide range of health problems I was setting myself up for had I not done something about it. And it is this constant quest for maintaining my health that keeps me livin' la vida low-carb to this very day!
