'Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show' Episode 147: Week Of Weight Loss Wisdom--Sue Knorr


Sue Knorr lost 100 pounds and has kept it off for 12 years!

This is a special week at "The Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore" because we will be presenting more than our typical two podcasts. I didnt get the Zone when the book first came out and I dont get it now. Low Saturated fat Low Carb?

lowcarbscott, it's more a moderate carb diet. Thank you for this segment Jimmy, the zone is a great option for someone that either doesn't like a lot of fat or really can't take that leap of fat faith. I appreciate your open mindedness to air views different from your own. I read a lot about the zone and really liked it but it wasn't a diet I could do for life. I am sure this podcast will help someone who can't deal with high fat low carb yet knows high carb isn't an option.
