'Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show' Episode 147: Week Of Weight Loss Wisdom--Sue Knorr

Sue Knorr lost 100 pounds and has kept it off for 12 years!

This is a special week at "The Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore" because we will be presenting more than our typical two podcasts. For this unique week only, we'll be sharing FIVE big podcast interviews with people who have quite a bit to say about the subject of weight loss and healthy living. I've dubbed this the "Week Of Weight Loss Wisdom" and can't wait for you to hear from all these incredible individuals who have faced their own obesity demons and beat them silly!

In Episode 147 of "The Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore," we start this "Week Of Weight Loss Wisdom" with a woman by the name of Sue Knorr. She is the official spokesperson for the lower-carb Zone Diet created by Dr. Barry Sears. How did she earn that prestigious position? Well, losing 100 pounds following that particular nutritional approach certainly didn't hurt. :) Hear what she has to say about her own weight loss journey on The Zone Diet.

We hear all about how The Zone Diet works to help people not just shed the pounds, but find incredible health. The key, according to Sue Knorr, is balancing your omega fats and getting in your own personal customized "zone" with the macronutrient ratio of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats that work for you. And we also get an update on the most famous Zone Diet adherent today--Manuel Uribe. It's quite a podcast that I encourage you to listen to.

lowcarbscott, it's more a moderate carb diet. Thank you for this segment Jimmy, the zone is a great option for someone that either doesn't like a lot of fat or really can't take that leap of fat faith. I appreciate your open mindedness to air views different from your own. I read a lot about the zone and really liked it but it wasn't a diet I could do for life. I am sure this podcast will help someone who can't deal with high fat low carb yet knows high carb isn't an option.
