Do you have weight loss buddies in your life? If not, then why the heck not? This is just as important as the diet you choose, exercise, water, supplements, and so much more. In fact, it could be even MORE important to have these accountability partners in place if for no other reason than to have the knowledge in the back of you mind that somebody's watching you.

In Episode 47, I share with you who my accountability partner is--it's my beautiful wife Christine! She stood by me in my low-carb weight loss journey to give me just the right amount of encouragement and chastisement when I needed it the most. THANK YOU Christine for loving me whether I was 400 pounds or 200 pounds!

Who keeps you accountable in your weight loss plan? Is it a person in your family, a friend at work, or perhaps an online weight loss buddy? Are there any online resources that give you encouragement in this journey? Share your thoughts to help others know what has kept you on the straight and narrow.

I'll be continuing this theme of accountability in Thursday's podcast, so be sure to come back to check it out!
