What the definition of Slander?
A type of defamation. Slander is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the person’s reputation or standing in the community. Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement. If the statement is made via broadcast media — for example, over the radio or on TV — it is considered libel, rather than slander, because the statement has the potential to reach a very wide audience.
What the definition of Libel?

Because libel is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement. What is Defamation of Character?
A false statement that injures someone’s reputation and exposes him to public contempt, hatred, ridicule, or condemnation. If the false statement is published in print or through broadcast media, such as radio or TV, it is called libel. If it is only spoken, it is called slander.
Now this has gone way beyond a few choice comments and actions.
I would advice Mr. Moore see an attorney to put a stop to this.
Now tell us what fraud is and misrepresentation and manslaughter and wrongful death.
To all the critics here, if you talk the talk, you gotta walk the walk.
I hear a lot whinning and yapping. But why haven't you procured an attorney to file an injunction to close Kimkins or Livin La Vida Low Carb?
Why haven't you sued in civil court to recover damages?
Why haven't you filed a complaint with the DOJ or the FDA?
Talk is cheap. Let's see some action.

Actually, the appropriate governmental agencies to bring action against Kimmer and Kimkins are the Federal Trade Commission and the various Attorney General's offices and Consumer Protection Departments in each state.
