True Lemon News You Can Use And Can't Refuse

True Lemon products catching on with busy health enthusiasts

On a recent trip down to Atlanta, Georgia to visit with some friends there, they took us to the gym where they workout. When we walked in and started to sign our names as guests, I couldn't help but notice the counter display for True Lemon sitting right there with lots of little packets for the members to try this amazing product in their bottled water during their workouts. It made me proud to have them as a sponsor at my blog because they really do have an incredible product for anyone living a healthy and busy lifestyle!

In fact, True Lemon is looking for some enthusiastic stay-at-home moms and housewives primarily to join their True Crew--a group of wonderful people just like YOU who spread the True Lemon word by contacting select businesses and non-profit groups to talk about this amazing product. If you already love True Lemon (and who doesn't?), are excited and don't mind talking with people, know how to use Excel and aren't afraid to pick up the phone and tell somebody about the True Lemon products, then simply e-mail True Lemon at customercare@truelemon.com for more information about joining the True Crew team.

Oh Canada! You've asked about how to find True Lemon in your country and now you've got it! CLICK HERE for a store locater listing of the provinces where you can purchase True Lemon products. If you're still having trouble finding True Lemon products in stores there, then please visit this online store in Canada to order.

In my 2005 book entitled Livin' La Vida Low-Carb: My Journey From Flabby Fat To Sensationally Skinny In One Year, I dedicated an entire chapter to the subject of water. Water consumption is vital when you are livin' la vida low-carb because it "keeps things moving" so to speak. Anyone who complains about constipation on low-carb clearly is not drinking very much water. And the complaint about water is that it tastes disgusting. Two ways to improve that is to get filtered or bottled water and to flavor your water with True Lemon, True Lime, or True Orange. Read more about "The Benefits Of Drinking Water."

Christine and I have been traveling a lot this year taking many plane rides across the country. On a recent trip back from Phoenix, Arizona, my lovely bride thought of a neat new way to use her True Orange packets. When you're stuck on a plane for hours, there's not much you can do about the choices you are given for beverages. So when she decided on a Sprite Zero to drink, I watched her pull out some True Orange and mix it with her drink. Just one sip and she was raving about it! I tried it and agreed--pretty good stuff! Just last night we were watching television and Fresca now has an "orange-flavored" version of their product. Were they on that plane listening to Christine? :P

I'm a real sucker for great-tasting recipes and True Lemon products are very versatile is so many different kinds of recipes. I highlighted a few previously in these YouTube videos and even came up with this tempting lemon cheesecake that is to die for, but there are many more low-carb ways to use True Lemon. How about a Southwest Chili Lime Steaks with Cilantro Lime Butter that's totally livin' la vida low-carb friendly, baby? Or maybe this Shrimp for the Barby recipe? And don't you dare miss these Lime Seared Scallops! OH MY GOSH, slap me silly these are some awesome recipes!

Don't forget about Operation Gratitude in support of the troops in Iraq, Afghanistan and around the world. Every time you sign up for FREE SAMPLES of True Lemon products through the end of May, True Lemon will be donating 10 packets to send overseas to the troops to help flavor their water in the arid conditions there. Their goal is to send 1,000,000 packets and they're getting very close. If you haven't already, won't you go get your samples and help out the soldiers who are defending our nation? THANK YOU!

Brand new stores are adding the True Lemon products to their inventory every week, so check out the Store Locater to see where you can purchase it in your area. It's usually on the same aisle you will find Splenda and other artificial sweeteners (although True Lemon doesn't have any artificial sweeteners in it--just crystallized lemons, limes, and oranges!), in the powdered drink mix section, or next to the bottled lemon juice, usually in the juice aisle. But if you're still having trouble finding it in a store, then you can always get some from any of these online vendors. Get a special $1 off coupon by signing up here and it will be mailed to your home.

Wanna know why True Lemon products taste so incredible? Here's the secret behind the process that goes into making True Lemon. It's one of the reasons I was so impressed with them and support their products for use on the healthy low-carb lifestyle. With such concerns over artificial sweeteners along with the ever-increasing busy schedules that most of us have, True Lemon is such a convenience to have around. I LOVE IT!

Finally, would you like to be considered an official True Lemon Super Fan by expressing your love and devotion for this amazing carbohydrate-free, calorie-free product? True Lemon wants to hear from you if you do. Send your True Lemon love letter to Heidi Carney at customercare@truelemon.com. Tell her you heard about True Lemon here at "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" and how much you enjoy using it as part of your healthy low-carb lifestyle. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

Remember to sign up for FREE SAMPLES (after all, they're FREE!) and let me know what you think about them. I appreciate the support you have given this outstanding sponsor who helps me continue to bring quality low-carb diet and health information to you on a daily basis. They're a company I KNOW you can trust and feel good about. THANK YOU! :)

Get Free Samples From True Lemon, Help Troops Through Operation Gratitude

Request True Lemon samples and give a soldier a nice care package

Ever since I partnered up with an up-and-coming company called True Lemon in January and brought them on as a sponsor, I have been extremely pleased with the way they conduct their business. From their stellar customer service to their commitment to providing a quality low-carb product to flavor your foods and beverages, True Lemon is indeed the real deal and I'm proud to be working with them to get the word out about their products.

As I shared in these YouTube videos, the possibilities about using the True Lemon, True Lime, and True Orange in your low-carb lifestyle are limitless. My favorite recipe has been that incredible True Lemon Cheesecake I came up with and I have that quite often as part of my low-carb lifestyle.

Even when there are concerns over the quality of the product that some have experienced, the True Lemon team has swooped into action and vowed to take care of the problem immediately. And I can personally attest to this because I had some "clumpy" True Lemon product and they sent a replacement box within just a few days at no charge. They are INDEED devoted to YOU when you become a customer of True Lemon.

True Lemon has teamed up with Operation Gratitude

Today, I am so thrilled to be able to share with you a new joint venture that True Lemon is doing with a non-profit group called Operation Gratitude. As our brave men and women in the armed forces serve our country so valiantly in Iraq and Afghanistan, there are people here in the United States putting together some amazing care packages for these soldiers willing to sacrifice so much. To date, around 320,000 of these packages have been placed in the hands of troops who have desperately needed to hear from home.

But now Operation Gratitude is getting ready for their big Patriot Drive in May 2008 and here is where YOU can help. It won't cost you a a single dime of your money, but all you need to do is REQUEST YOUR FREE TRUE LEMON SAMPLES and 10 packets of True Lemon/True Lime will be provided to Operation Gratitude. Yep, that's it! Sign up for samples and tell all your friends and family to do the same and you will receive two packets of True Lemon, a packet of True Lime and a packet of True Orange along with a coupon. In turn, you will be sending 10 packets of True Lemon products to our fine servicemen in a care package.

SOUNDS LIKE A NEAT IDEA, RIGHT?!

In all, True Lemon would like to donate 1,000,000 packets over the next two months before the Patriot Drive commences! That's just 100,000 people willing to take about 2 minutes to fill out a request for FREE SAMPLES. I've never seen an easier way to provide something meaningful to our fighting men and women in Iraq and Afghanistan than this, so why not do it today? And invite your friends and family to do the same. The more people we can get to sign up, the more troops who will be given an opportunity to have some True Lemon for their water.

Remember: THIS COSTS YOU NOTHING, but it means the world to those service members who need our support at this time. I KNOW they will appreciate the fact that you took the time to do this for them, so why not request your free samples TODAY?! Let's rally behind this and show the low-carb community truly does care about the troops. THANKS everyone!!! :)

Jimmy Moore's Tempting True Lemon Low-Carb Cheesecake Recipe

After much trial and error, this cheesecake recipe is perfect!

Several weeks ago, my wife Christine and I did a couple of YouTube videos highlighting a brand new product called True Lemon who are sponsors of my blog right now. In one of the videos, we shared a very simple and quick recipe for making a lemon, lime or orange cheesecake. It was pretty basic with the cream cheese, True Lemon products, and Splenda.

But ever since we recorded that video, everybody and their momma has been wanting to know more about the recipe. So I started tinkering with the on-the-fly recipe that we did for that video and played around in the kitchen to see how I could make this even better. After a few weeks of doing this, I think I've finally done it! And the proof in how good it is happened on Friday night when I took two cheesecakes to a social gathering at my church (which I shared briefly about at my new menus blog for February 1, 2008).

Look at how gorgeous this beauty turned out:

I was so proud to put those out for "real" people to try without telling them it was low-carb and sugar-free. My favorite reaction to it was when a little girl about 4 years old started pointing at my cheesecake stating to her mommy, "I want THAT one! I want THAT one!" Little did that precious child know she was gonna be eating healthy. :D

When people wanted to know who brought that fabulous lemon cheesecake, I told them it was me and that they had just consumed a low-carb dessert. Most people were astonished to hear that because it didn't taste like it. Despite the fact there were many other sugary desserts there, my lemon cheesecake stood out from the rest. WOO HOO! See, I'm convinced people will eat sugar-free, low-carb foods if they taste good enough. We've just become so conditioned to eating what's there instead.

So, to all of you who begged me to share this recipe, I'm happy to say this one is pertineer perfect! There may be a few more tweaks every now and then, but I could eat this one all by itself. And I couldn't believe the crust I made was so easy and yet did far better than I ever thought possible. I'll be making this cheesecake anytime I'm invited to a social gathering or hosting a party in my home. This thing is AWESOME! ENJOY!

JIMMY MOORE'S TEMPTING TRUE LEMON LOW-CARB CHEESECAKE

Crust
1 bag of Flax Z Snax No Sugar Added Cinnamon Nut Granola
2 Tbs Nutiva Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil

Cheesecake Filling
2 12-ounce tubs of whipped Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup of heavy whipping cream and/or Calorie Countdown milk
12 packets of True Lemon, True Lime, or True Orange
18 packets of your favorite sweetener (I use Splenda!)
Whipped cream

Pour entire bag of Flax Z Snax Granola into blender and slowly pulse about 10-15 times until well chopped. Pour into a mixing bowl and scoop out underneath the blades to clean it completely. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and stir until all the granola is wet. Next, dump this mixture into the bottom of a disposable pie crust pan and lightly press the pie crust down with a spoon until the entire bottom and sides have been covered. Place pan inside refrigerator while preparing the cheesecake filling.

Pour the heavy whipping cream and/or Calorie Countdown milk (use more heavy cream for a thicker cheesecake and the milk for a lighter cheesecake) and mix 10 packets of True Lemon and sweetener together until dissolved. Add cream cheese (the whipped is easier to stir than the block) and stir like a madman until well-blended. Take a taste test to make sure there is enough flavor and sweetness for your taste buds.

Grab the crust out of the refrigerator and pour cheesecake mixture on top of the now-hardened crust. Spread delicately with a spoon until the entire crust is covered. Dollop some whipped cream on top and spread around. Take the two remaining packets of True Lemon and sprinkle across the top of the cheesecake. Cover and place in the refrigerator until time to serve. ENJOY this low-carb treat! :D

True Lemon Should Not Be 'Clumpy' And The Company Will Replace It If It Is

My latest sponsor, True Lemon, stands ready to serve you

Starting on January 1st, I was very proud to introduce you to a brand new sponsor at the "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" blog called True Lemon. This company creates some pretty amazing crystallized lemon, lime and orange substitutes that contain ZERO calories and ZERO carbs along with NO artificial sweeteners in them whatsoever. As I am quoted as saying in the banner ad at the top of my blog, this product really is "a low-carber's dream come true" since you're not allowed to have those citrus fruits on your low-carb lifestyle. And I'm very proud to be affiliated with True Lemon.

Whenever I share with you about a new product like True Lemon and partner up with a company like them in telling you about their products, one thing I demand of them before they're even considered becoming a sponsor here is a 100% commitment to customer service to YOU. That's been my underlying philosophy from day one here at my blog to provide my readers with the information they need in a timely manner with a smile on my face doing it. It's the very least you deserve for allowing me to play a small role in your life day in and day out. I guess it's all those years of working in retail and marketing having that customer service message hammered into my skull hard that I just EXPECT it now from whoever I work with.

Thankfully, I'm proud to say that True Lemon is indeed devoted and committed to their new "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" customers because they have immediately addressed some concerns that a few of you have expressed to me about the quality of their product after purchasing it at your local store (it's literally found EVERYWHERE in grocery stores and Wal-mart usually next to the Splenda).

The following e-mail is an example of the problem that was shared:

Hi Jimmy! I have a question about the True Lemon. I bought some but it's all clumpy and stuck together in the packets. Is it supposed to be that way or did I get a bad/old batch?? I made your cheesecake recipe with it and it tasted fine to me so i just wanted your input since you've used it for a while. Thanks so much!

Interestingly, this same issue was echoed by a few others and I've even got a box of True Lime with the "clumpy and stuck together" products right now, too. See for yourself:

As my reader pointed out, this does not impact the flavor of the True Lemon products in any way (although if you bite into one of the clumps, it's one of the most intense flavors you'll ever put on your tastebuds--I found out the hard way!). But even still, that's not the way the product is supposed to look like and True Lemon stands ready to take care of anyone who has "clumpy" product that they purchased.

Company Vice-President Heidi C. Carney said their stand behind the quality of their products fully with a complete customer satisfaction commitment.

"True Lemon, True Lime and True Orange should always be free-flowing crystals. While the True Lemon you bought is completely safe to use, it's not at it's best," Carney reported to the "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" blog. "We always have a 100% guarantee of satisfaction so I would be happy to send anyone a replacement box. As a small company, we really appreciate having you as a customer and your complete satisfaction is most important to us."

If you have any True Lemon products that are of poor quality like me and several other readers have experienced, then please do the following:

1. E-mail True Lemon at customercare@truelemon.com.
2. Provide the name of the store where you purchased True Lemon.
3. If you still have the box, provide the embossed numbers under the UPC code.
4. Give you name and mailing address where they can ship replacements.

Plus, just for doing that, you'll receive some complimentary True Lemon coupons as well as FREE samples of all three flavors--True Lemon, True Lime, and True Orange. I appreciate your enthusiastic response to these truly amazing products for your low-carb lifestyle and encourage you to continue using them to enhance the foods and beverages you consume while livin' la vida low-carb. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns about True Lemon or any of my sponsors. THANK YOU for your continuing support for me and the sponsors who make the "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" blog possible!

Try True Lemon, Lime, And Orange For A Carb-Free, Calorie-Free Change Of Pace

The True Lemon products are a low-carber's dream come true

I'm excited to introduce you to something you may not even be aware of for your low-carb lifestyle--but you will be now. It's called True Lemon and is one of the most amazing new low-carb products I've seen come out in years because it has ZERO sugar, carbs, calories, and sodium and will add so much dynamic flavor to the foods and drinks you consume as you'll see in a couple of YouTube videos my wife Christine and I recorded about it.

True Lemon is a crystallized substitute for three specific flavors: Lemon, Lime, and Orange. These products are 100% all-natural and made from the juice and oil of the various citrus fruits. Since those of us who are livin' la vida low-carb need to stay away from these high-sugar fruits for the most part, the True Lemon products enable us to add the flavor of lemon, lime, and orange to just about anything we eat or drink.

In Episode 21 of "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb On YouTube" as well as Episode 22, Christine and I had a little bit of fun with True Lemon products by taking our cameras to what Christine calls our "one butt kitchen." Yesiree, we had some fun making all sorts of recipes with these outstanding new low-carb flavoring substitutes.

See the True Lemon creations we came up with in today's videos:

In case you want to make these recipes we featured, here they are:

LEMONADE, LIMEADE, AND ORANGEADE

3 8-ounce glasses of filtered or bottled water
6 packets of True Lemon, True Lime, and True Orange
6 packets of Splenda or stevia to taste (optional)
Ice cubes

Pour water into three glasses and add 2 packets of the True Lemon, True Lime, and True Orange products. If you desire more sweetness, then add Splenda or stevia. Drop some ice on top for a refreshing beverage anytime!

ORANGE CHOCOLATE "MAGIC SHELL"

1 dark chocolate ChocoPerfection bar
1 tablespoon of Nutiva brand coconut oil
2 packets of True Orange

Break up chocolate in a bowl, scoop out the coconut oil, and then sprinkle True Orange on top. You'll want to microwave on high for about a minute (make sure you don't overcook or the chocolate will burn). Stir this liquid for about a minute until all the chocolate chunks have melted. Can be pour on top of your favorite low-carb ice cream immediately for a "magic shell" effect or you can refrigerate or freeze for a delightful orange chocolate treat in about an hour.

DIET RITE WITH LIME

1 can of Diet Rite or other Splenda-sweetened soda
1 packet of True Lime

As an alternative to the diet sodas made with lime that contain aspartame (aka NASTYtame!), open a packet of True Lime (or even True Lemon if you like that flavor) and pour in the bottom of a glass. Slowly pour the diet soda on top being careful about it fizzing up on you too quickly. When it dies down, pour the remaining contents of the diet soda on top and enjoy a different flavor to your diet cola.

SUPER SIMPLE LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN

2 tablespoons of butter
2-3 frozen chicken breasts
3 tablespoons of Nutiva brand coconut oil
Shaker bottle of True Lemon
Black pepper

On medium to medium-high heat, melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet until melted making sure it fully coats the skillet. Place the frozen chicken breasts into the butter and allow them to begin cooking. Scoop out a tablespoon of coconut oil and spread across the top of each chicken breast (still frozen). Then shake desired amount of pepper and True Lemon on top. Allow the chicken to continue cooking until golden brown on the bottom and then flip. Add additional pepper and True Lemon on the bottom and cook until fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!

LOW-CARB TRUE LEMON, LIME, OR ORANGE CHEESECAKE

1 8-ounce whipped Philadelphia cream cheese
4 packets of True Lime, Lemon or Orange
6 packets of Splenda or stevia
Heavy whipping cream
Whipped topping
1 packet of True Lime, Lemon or Orange

This will be the fastest cheesecake you've ever made. Empty the contents of one container of the cream cheese into a bowl, add your favorite True Lemon flavor on top along with the sweetener and as much or as little heavy whipping cream that you desire for the desire thickness. Stir until smooth and creamy. Pour into dessert dish and put a dollop of whipped cream on top. Sprinkle one packet of the same True Lemon flavor of your cheesecake. Eat up!

So there you have my five recipes and the possibilities are truly endless. I encourage you go use the TrueLemon store locator to find out where this incredible product is available in YOUR area because you'll want to add it to your low-carb lifestyle. I LOVE this stuff and I know you will too. Be sure to request your FREE SAMPLES so you can try all three flavors for yourself. You WON'T be disappointed!

I was happy to get the YouTube video series out of the studio with these True Lemon videos, although it was pretty funny lugging around my iMac into my kitchen. One of these days I'm gonna get me a digital camcorder to start recording videos anywhere. I'd love to be able to do that when I'm a little more financially able to. If you missed any of our previous YouTube videos, then check 'em all out here anytime at my links blog. We'd love to have you subscribe to our videos and e-mail us your feedback at livinlowcarbman@charter.net. THANKS for watching!!!

LLVLC On YouTube (Episode 20): Drink Lots Of Water For Your Health

Water should be on tap for your healthy low-carb lifestyle

Livin' la vida low-carb has so many facets to it that sometimes even the most basic things get overlooked. We all know about the importance of carbohydrate restriction to help manage our blood sugars and prevent the release of too much insulin into our bodies which can lead to weight gain and a whole host of health problems. But what else is there to be concerned with on a low-carb lifestyle?

I've discussed many of these things before here at my blog and in my book, including supplements, exercise, and motivation, among many other things. But one area that many people tend to brush aside as irrelevant is proper hydration. Drinking water is as important as exercise when you are on low-carb and I speak from personal experience. You just feel AWESOME when you get H2O in your body and there's nothing else like it!

That's what Christine and I talk about in Episode 20 of "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb On YouTube." Actually, Christine does most of the talking this time because I am busy trying to drink a total of eight glasses of water during our 10-minute video. Sound impossible? Well, you're just gonna have to watch to see if I was able to do it! It certainly proves the point that you CAN drink enough water throughout the day to give your low-carb plan a much-needed boost.

Watch me nearly drown myself with all that water in today's video:

It was a bit strange having all those glasses of water around me in the video since I carry around this CarbSmart water bottle with me everywhere I go. I keep it filled up with triple-filtered water that tastes absolutely FABULOUS and I'd never think of drinking any tap water ever again. I can taste the difference now and I miss MY water when I'm away from home.

There are many reasons why I drink water and they all center around my weight loss and my health. When I first started livin' la vida low-carb, water worked with the fiber I was eating to get my bowel to shake, rattle, and roll. It still serves that purpose today when I drink it in large quantities like I did for this video.

Some people can't stand the taste of water which is why I was pleased to talk about True Lemon during the video. They are my newest sponsor at the "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" blog and I'll be telling you more about them real soon. Suffice it say if you like lemon, lime, or orange flavors, then you're gonna LOVE True Lemon products in your water. Get a FREE SAMPLE mailed to you and try it for yourself or use this store locater to find out where you can pick up a box of True Lemon in your area (including Canada!).

We've even got a contest for four of you to win THREE FREE "LIVIN' LA VIDA LOW-CARB BARS"--my new sugar-free, low-carb raspberry dark chocolate bars that are very popular right now among those who have tried them. You may have a chance to be one of them if you simply leave a comment for Episode 20 of "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb On YouTube" under the video at YouTube. If you aren't signed up there yet, then it is quick and easy. And the payoff could reward you with your very own stash of my low-carb chocolate. SWEET!

The videos are up to 20 episodes now and you can see them all in this listing of YouTube videos at my links blog. Of course, you can subscribe to our videos and be one of the first ones to see them when they come out. Life's been crazy busy lately or we would be doing more of them, but we're committed to pumping these out regularly in 2008--so SIGN UP TODAY! As always, e-mail us your feedback at livinlowcarbman@charter.net.

By the way, for fans of "The Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore" podcast show, my producer Kevin Kennedy-Spaeien has almost recovered fully from the injuries he sustained in that car accident a few months back that has had the show in hiatus ever since our historic 100th show! Well, we're set to return for Episode 101 and beyond beginning on Monday, January 7, 2008 and resume our normal schedule on Mondays and Thursdays. THANKS to everyone who has e-mailed about the show and we're happy to be coming back.

LLVLC On YouTube (Episode 12): Don't Fall Hitting The Wall With A Weight Loss Stall

We all experience them and they're pretty much inevitable regardless of the weight loss plan you have chosen. It always amuses me when people try to avoid having them when they are as much a regular part of a successful weight management routine as anything. And yet these are directly responsible for why many people decide to just throw in the towel and give up on their pursuit of smaller sizes and healthier bodies.

I'm referring to the dreaded stalls.

Let's face it people, stalls are the reality that most of us face when we attempt to lose weight. Accepting that fact up front will save you a lot of heartache and pain later on when it actually happens. And thankfully that's exactly what I did prior to beginning the Atkins diet in January 2004. Nothing, and I mean absolutely NOTHING, was gonna stand in the way of my success this time--not even a stall!

In Episode 12 of "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb On YouTube" today I talk about why a stall can be a GOOD thing (YEPPERS!) and the horrendous stall that I endured during my 180-pound weight loss in 2004. While I probably would have given up on my weight loss pursuit entirely in the past when this stall hit me, it was different this time since I was livin' la vida low-carb. And persevering through that experience was my breakthrough and a major reason why I went on to become a long-term low-carb weight loss success!

See for yourself in our YouTube video today about stalls:

I've blogged several times about this issue of weight loss stalls:

- "Weight Loss Stalls Are No Reason To Give Up"
- "Perseverance Pays Dividends On Low-Carb"
- "Getting Through Your Weight Loss 'Periods'"
- "No Weight Loss, No Fair: 'I Feel Like Giving Up!'"

Anyone who has gone through a stall and triumphed over it will tell you it is a major turning point in their weight management plan. I had lost 100 pounds prior to my BIG TIME stall, but then shed another 80 pounds after getting through it. The point is to just NEVER GIVE UP because you KNOW low-carb works! Leave your feedback for Episode 12 at YouTube and share what you did or do to get through your stalls.

A special CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who left a comment in Episode 11 of "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb On YouTube" prior to November 8, 2007. Each of them won a FREE True Lemon gift package just for watching our video and leaving a comment. This surprise announcement was made during today's video and could happen again at any time, so be sure to post your comments to our videos to be eligible to win some incredible prizes. This week you can enter my 100th podcast contest for a bunch of outstanding low-carb goodies. :D

Maybe we can get our own TV show someday--that'd be cool! :)
